Castlewood Canyon Rescue: Hiker Falls 30 Feet
FRANKTOWN, Colo. (CBS4) - Rescuers worked hard Wednesday to save a hiker who fell from the equivalent of a third floor building in Castlewood Canyon State Park. The hiker fell 30 feet in the canyon.
Crews were able to locate the hiker and make a quick rescue and the hiker is expected to make a full recovery.
The state park is located near Franktown in Douglas County.
