Extended hot streak in Colorado causes buckling bike paths in Boulder
The city of Boulder is warning people about buckling pavement.
City officials say the recent heat has led to the problem on some paths, including along Highway 36.
Repairs are underway.
In the meantime, the city reminds everyone to slow down, especially in the afternoon heat when buckling tends to happen.
