Broncos Center Paradis Wastes No Time Working Out During Offseason

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver Broncos center is wasting no time in the offseason to stay in shape.

Matt Paradis posted to his Instagram page: "The best free workout is heading back to Idaho and working on the ranch."

Paradis was born in Council, Idaho where his family still lives.

During the 2017 season, he was the only player on the Broncos entire roster to play 100 percent of the snaps on his side of the ball.
