Man Convicted In Bagel Shop Murder, Arson
DENVER (CBS4) - Jurors convicted a man on Wednesday in the murder and arson above a popular bagel shop in Five Points last year.
Brian Pattison was convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Shane Richardson in the apartment above Rosenberg's Bagels in May 2016.
Pattison faces a sentence of life in prison for the murder.
He was also convicted of first-degree arson, which carries a presumptive sentence of four to 12 years in prison.
Richardson lived above the bagel shop.
