Boulder Police Issue 35 Tickets For Smoking On Pearl Street Mall

BOULDER (CBS4) - Boulder police have issued 35 tickets to possible violators of the new smoking ban on the Pearl Street Mall.

The ban went into effect in January, but police began enforcing it April first once no-smoking signs were added.

First and second penalties can carry a fine. A third conviction in two years could mean 90 days in jail.
