Boulder County Man Arrested For Allegedly Strangling Puppy
DENVER (CBS4) – The boyfriend of a suspected animal abuser is under arrest for allegedly strangling a puppy.
Andrew Etzler turned himself in to the Boulder County Jail Friday.
Animal officers say the 24-year-old strangled an eight-week-old French bulldog puppy.
The dog's owner is the suspect's girlfriend, Caitlin Lesko.
She was arrested last month after charges involving a different puppy named Bamboo.
That dog survived and has been adopted by a new family.
