Body Found In Irrigation Ditch In West Denver
DENVER (CBS4) - Investigators are looking into the discovery of a body Wednesday afternoon in a Denver irrigation canal.
Police were called to the scene near Sheridan Boulevard and 7th Avenue after some children told their mother they saw a body.
Officers found the body of a man face down in 3 feet of water.
The name of the man hasn't been released but it's possible he's a transient because there's a homeless encampment nearby.
