Babysitter Arrested For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Child

LONE TREE, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Lone Tree have arrested a babysitter who is suspected of sexually assaulting the child in her care.

Detectives received the report on Aug. 31. They interviewed the victim and suspect on Sept. 4.

After the interviews and investigation, Chantella Lucero was arrested on charges of sexual assault on a child and sexual assault by one in a position of trust.

Lucero, 22, was processed and booked into the Douglas County Jail.

The child's age and other details of the investigation have not been released.
