Another Case Of Poisoned Meatballs In Boulder County
LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) - Authorities have issued a warning for pet owners in a Longmont neighborhood after someone planted poisoned meatballs in the 400 block of Collyer Street.
It's believed only one dog ate the meat but is expected to be okay.
Animal Control hasn't tested the meat but says it's obvious it's been laced with a rat poison.
It's second case of meatballs laced with poison CBS4 has reported on. Last April some were also found in a park in Gunbarrel. Three dogs got sick after eating them. The people responsible have not been found.
