2 Coyotes That Attacked Children In Colorado Springs Euthanized
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Wildlife crews in Colorado Springs have euthanized a pair of coyotes that attacked two children.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife says officers tracked down the coyotes last week near the Colorado Springs.
One of the animals nipped a 4-year-old girl. Another attacked a 2-year-girl and left her with gashes on her head that required stitches.
The coyotes' remains have been sent to a lab in Fort Collins to be tested for rabies.
