1 person dead after crash involving pedestrian and motorist near Havana Street and Mississippi Avenue
One person is reportedly injured after a crash involving a pedestrian and motorist.
Denver police say the person who was hit was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, while the driver remained on scene.
Police also said that Havana Street going southbound is closed while authorities investigate the scene.
DPD issued an update to CBS News Colorado that the person hit in the incident has died.
