1 person dead in Aurora house fire, another displaced
One person is dead after a house fire in Aurora. Aurora Fire Rescue crews rushed to the burning home in the 18600 block of East Bates Circle just before 10 p.m. Sunday.
According to investigators, one adult victim was located during "fire suppression operations" and was declared dead.
Another adult was displaced in the fire and one dog was rescued.
What caused the fire is being investigated.
