Woman shot by federal agent, man released from federal custody

Marimar Martinez, 30, and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, 21, were released on Monday. According to the criminal complaint, Martinez and Ruiz "forcibly assaulted, resisted, opposed, impeded, intimidated, and interfered with an officer."
