Wisconsin judge Hannah Dugan pleads not guilty on obstruction charges

Dugan, a Milwaukee county circuit court judge, was arrested by the FBI after director Kash Patel said she "intentionally misdirected federal agents away" from an illegal immigrant who had a criminal court hearing.
