White House works to clear up confusion surrounding new H-1B visa fees
The White House is working to clarify changes to the H-1B visa. Last week, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said applications will include a $100,000 annual fee, but the White House press secretary clarified it’s a one-time fee for each petition.
