Watchdog's final report on wrong raids released
Nearly five years after the CBS 2 Investigators began exposing a pattern of Chicago police raiding the wrong homes, the city's Inspector General released its latest findings today. The report cited antiquated systems and failures by police, which led to innocent people being wrongly raided.
