Watchdog report documents sexual misconduct, other wrongdoing at Chicago public schools

The newly released annual report from the Office of Inspector General for the Chicago Board of Education revealed more than a two dozen sexual misconduct allegations in the Chicago Public Schools system, as well as falsified grant applications. Asal Rezaei reports.
