Village of Cary, Illinois declares a State of Emergency after damaging weekend storms

Saturday's storm damage and power outages prompted the Village of Cary to declare a State of Emergency. In Mount Prospect, powerful winds tore the roof of an apartment building. Portions of it went flying across the parking lot, landing on vehicles, grass, and on sidewalks.
