Video raises questions over ICE confrontation, arrest attempt in West Lawn

New video circulating on social media shows what appears to be federal immigration agents confronting and attempting to detain a person in the West Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side of Chicago, prompting questions about why the stop happened and why the individual was let go.
