Utah dad says his children were kidnapped by ex-wife, found in Croatian orphanage

Kenny Seymour last saw his children when he handed them over to his ex-wife Elleshia Seymour in December for a custodial visit. But instead, she boarded a plane and took off overseas to Croatia.
