University of Pennsylvania's president resigns after congressional testimony on antisemitism

The University of Pennsylvania’s president, one of three university leaders bashed by critics for their testimony to Congress last week about hate speech, has agreed to step down. Two others, the presidents of Harvard and M.I.T., are also under pressure.
