U.S. Rep. Jesus "Chuy" Garcia announces run for Chicago mayor

Mayor Lori Lightfoot has another challenger in her bid for re-election in 2023. Newly re-elected Congressman Jesus "Chuy" Garcia is announcing he's joining the race for mayor.
