U.N. report calls for end to hostilities after U.S. strikes hit civilians in Iran
The U.N. Fact-Finding Mission says it holds the U.S. responsible for a deadly attack on a wedding in southern Iran in September. Iranian officials say five people were killed and more than 60 others were hurt. Loyola professor Ali Tarokh gives his perspective.
