Trump vows trade talks after pausing most new tariffs

President Trump says his administration is going to work out trade deals with countries that have approached him about his now-delayed plan for new tariffs. This comes as his budget deal, which includes both spending cuts and tax cuts, is now one step closer to becoming law.
