Trump speaks with Putin on push for Ukraine ceasefire
A White House spokesperson said President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke on the phone Tuesday morning as the U.S. tries to negotiate a ceasefire deal between Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine agreed to a 30-day ceasefire proposal, but Putin said terms need to be discussed.
