Trump again threatens to send National Guard troops to Chicago

On his way to the United Kingdom for a state visit, President Trump on Tuesday repeated his threat to send the National Guard to Chicago. Mr. Trump spoke with reporters about plans he claims will make America safer, claiming the head of Union Pacific Railroad told him the National Guard should go to Chicago next.
