Tropical Depression Debby slams the Carolinas

Days after hitting Florida as a hurricane, Tropical Depression Debby made landfall for the second time on Thursday in South Carolina, and headed up the East Coast, spreading heavy rain and possible flooding all the way up through the mid-Atlantic and the Northeast by the weekend.
