Third soldier aboard Black Hawk helicopter involved in midair collision identified as former White H

The third soldier aboard the Black Hawk helicopter involved in the deadly midair collision in Washington, D.C., has been identified. The Army said 28-year-old Capt. Rebecca Lobach began her service as an aviation officer in July 2019. She also once worked as a White House aide in the Biden administration.
