Thief in bulletproof vest caught on camera trying to steal man's dog

One Little Village man is sharing a word of caution, after his dog was almost stolen from him while on a walk. It happened Wednesday afternoon in broad daylight near 33rd and Pulaski, and it was all caught on camera.
