Texas, Biden administration in court over state's immigration law

Lawyers for the federal government and the State of Texas were in front of a federal appeals court on Wednesday, arguing over the constitutionality of the state's immigration enforcement bill. SB 4 allows local officers to arrest and charge migrants suspected of entering the country illegally.
