Teen charged, second suspect wanted in murder of retired CPD officer

Retired Officer Larry Neuman, the longest-serving Chicago Police explosives technician, was shot and killed when two armed people came up to his West Side home last week. As CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports, a 16-year-old boy is now charged with Neuman's murder.
