Swift Mansion fire started by person, CFD says

Police are conducting an arson investigation after 10 people were displaced when a fire broke out at a historic mansion in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood on the South Side Sunday. The Chicago Fire Department, arson detectives confirmed Monday morning, "the fire began in a rear stairwell, the result of human action."
