Some Chicago area schools closing due to extreme cold; some shelters running out of beds

Dozens of schools in the Chicago area are cancelling classes or switching to e-learning on Tuesday to keep students and staff safe in the bitter cold, with temperatures still below zero Tuesday morning, and not expected to rise much above zero throughout the day.
