Senate Republicans expected to help Democrats pass resolution taking tariff power from Trump

The U.S. Senate is expected to pass a resolution stripping President Trump of the power to set tariffs. Co-sponsor Sen. Rand Paul said enough Republicans will join Democrats to vote to pass the resolution.
