Scott Peterson hopes to overturn 2004 murder conviction
Peterson was convicted in 2004 in the death of his wife, Laci, and their unborn son, Connor. His attorneys are requesting DNA and other evidence in the case – claiming prosecutors did not even consider other possible suspects.
