Scam artists on scooters swindle Dan Ryan drivers heading to White Sox games

Con-men racing around the Dan Ryan Expressway on scooters have been hitting up drivers heading to White Sox games, pretending to be parking attendants, in a braze cash grab. Drivers who refuse to pay face the wrath of the scammers.
