Restaurateur falls victim to check-washing scam, bank's letter seems to blame victim
Fraudsters took Peter Spyropoulos' checks and changed the pay-to line and amount – so the bad guys got the money - and lots of it. But then, the bank denied his claim for reimbursement. CBS 2's Lauren Victory reports.
