Report: No fraud protection guidance for federal Paycheck Protection Program loans

For months, we exposed rampant fraud in the Chicago area during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, a new federal report says a U.S. government agency dropped the ball on preventing billions of dollars in fraudulent loans. CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports.
