Remains pulled from car in Fox River identified as those of Karen Schepers

Karen Schepers was seen for the last time on April 16, 1983, at a work party at a bar in Carpentersville. Her car, which contained bones that have now been confirmed to be hers, was pulled from the Fox River in Elgin this week.
