Rain changing to snow across Chicago area

Rain across the Chicago area is changing over to snow late Wednesday afternoon and evening, as temperatures start to take a tumble. Winds are also picking up with gusts as high as 45 mph. Meteorologist David Yeomans has the latest First Alert Weather forecast.
