Purple Heart returned to suburban Chicago World War II veteran's grandson

Army Cpl. Henry Van Der Noord earned his Purple Heart while fighting to liberate the Philippines during World War II. Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs returned the award to Van Der Noord's grandson after it was lost, as Charlie De Mar reports.
