President-elect Trump makes new staff appointments

CBS News has learned Mr. Trump will name Florida U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio as his nominee for Secretary of State and former New York U.S. Rep. Lee Zeldin to head the Environmental Protection Agency, among other picks. Cristian Benavides reports.
