Police questioning 19-year-old in robbery, shooting of Dakotah Earley in Lincoln Park
Ald. Brian Hopkins (2nd Ward) confirmed the person of interest is 19 years old at a community safety meeting Monday night. He said "the individual in custody right now has 5 carjacking arrests on his record in the last 2 years."
