Paris mayor swims in Seine River to show it's clean enough for Olympics

Mayor Anne Hidalgo wanted to demonstrate the cleanliness of the river after the government spent over $1.5 billion to clean it up. The opening day for the 2024 Olympics in Paris is just nine days away.
