Officer Richard Francis, shot and killed in 2008, honored at memorial ceremony

A solemn memorial service was held Wednesday for a Chicago police officer killed in the line of duty. Officers held a memorial service at the police station at Belmont and Western in honor of Officer Richard Francis, who was shot and killed on July 2, 2008.
