NW Indiana sheriff defends his officers for handcuffing man who died after having a seizure
The family claims 26-year-old Rhyker Earl was pinned to the ground and handcuffed by deputies responding to a 911 call. The sheriff says deputies properly restrained Earl by his arms and legs, his breathing was never restricted.
