NTSB says truck in LaGuardia crash couldn't trigger runway system, air traffic controller was doing
NTSB investigators have not yet interviewed the firefighters or determined whether they braked or turned to avoid a collision at LaGuardia Airport in New York. Investigators also want to know more about the role of the air traffic controllers and what they were doing while juggling a late night emergency involving another plane.
