Newark Airport flight restrictions in place days before Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day Weekend travel will begin in earnest Thursday and the Federal Aviation Administration has put new policies in place at Newark Airport as they try to avoid delays and cancelations amid an air traffic control shortage.
