New solutions proposed on Capitol Hill for Chicago's gun violence epidemic

U.S. Rep. Jonathan Jackson (D-Illinois) wants the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention involved in the fight against gun violence. As Jermont Terry reports, Jackson's call comes as young teens were involved in two shootings in the Chicago suburbs this week.
