New CPR guidance could save more lives

Drowning is a leading cause of death for children in the U.S. between the ages of 1 and 4. Until recently, guidelines for CPR have focused on chest compressions to save drowning victims, but now, the American Heart Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics say rescue breaths are also critical. Michael George reports.
